Activision announced the second map pack for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, named the Resurgence Pack, will be available for download first on Xbox Live starting June 3. The pack will arrive on PC and PlayStation 3 sometime later.
The Resurgence Pack will include five new multiplayer maps. Pricing details were not announced.

Now that’s the kind of date I was looking for. No word yet on the maps that will be included but the date is much more what I (and many others) were looking for. My guess is that we’ll be looking at a price similar if not the same as the Stimulus Package and containing at least 2 COD4 maps.
I have to say with this date move I might be more interested in buying the map pack. Of course I shall wait until I see what the pack contains/what the price is.
