These prices will be available for Xbox LIVE Gold members until Monday December 13th

Note: The South Park price is currently not reflecting the special price on Xbox.com. While we work on fixing that, you can head to your console where the special price is available.

Those are actually some sweet deals. I might have to check out NHL 3-on-3. It’s hard to pass up cheap prices like that. If you don’t have the Snowblind pack I highly recommend getting it if you still play Gears 2.

Ask an Xpert

Recently the Xbox Support team has launched a brand new way to help gamers with their burning support related questions. The Xbox Community Xpert (beta) allows normal community member to help other gamers in need of help. While these Xperts are not Microsoft employees and they don’t work for the Xbox Support staff, most of them (such as myself) do know their stuff.

It’s like asking a question in the Official Xbox Forums, but in real time! Just type your question into the chat window below and you will be automagically connected with an Xbox Community Xpert based on what you want to know. Just like in forums, all conversations are saved and stored.

So basically if you are impatient and need answers now, this is a feature for you. Not satisfied with the answers you got from your Xpert? Hit up @XboxSupport on Twitter or call 1-800-4MY-XBOX.

If you do chat with a community Xpert be sure to thanks them and rate how they did. They took the time to help you so if they did a good job let them know!!

XBL Dashboard Update for Everyone!

In preparation for the big release of Xbox 360’s Kinect on November 4th, the 360 dashboard has been updated. Now for a while now a select group was given the opportunity to preview the new dashboard so it’s old news for them. But for the rest of us, this update is all shiny and new.

Check it out!

You’ll notice the addition of ESPN which I love. Catch your favorite sport’s highlights and see what’s going on in the world of sports.

So flip on your Xbox and test out the new features and let me know what you think!

Fallout New Vegas gets Exclusive with Xbox Live

On the positive side of things in the world of gaming today, Fallout New Vegas drops tonight at midnight and I can’t freakin wait. I’m ready to exit the world of hackers, rumors, and leaks and enter the wasteland once more. So with the big release happening soon Bethesda hit fans with this press release… Via joystiq.com

BETHESDA SOFTWORKS ANNOUNCES PLANS FOR FALLOUT®: NEW VEGAS™ ADD-ON GAME CONTENT

First Fallout: New Vegas Downloadable Content Exclusive to Xbox LIVE

October 18, 2010 (Rockville, MD) – Bethesda Softworks®, a ZeniMax® Media company, today announced plans to develop add-on content for Fallout®: New Vegas™, the follow-up to the 2008 Game of the Year, Fallout® 3. The first downloadable content for Fallout: New Vegas will be available this holiday season through Xbox LIVE® for the Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft.

“We’re excited to continue the partnership between Bethesda and Microsoft, and build on the success of the game add-ons released for Fallout 3 on Xbox LIVE,” said Pete Hines, VP of Marketing and PR of Bethesda Softworks. “Fans will once again be able to continue their experience in the Fallout universe with the add-on packs planned for after the launch of the game.”

Fallout: New Vegas brings this beloved franchise to a location only Fallout could do justice: Vegas. Fallout: New Vegas takes all the action, humor and post-apocalyptic grime and grit of this legendary series, and raises the stakes.

“Bethesda set a high bar with the quality of the Fallout game add-ons,” said Matt Barlow, General Manager, IEB Product Marketing for Microsoft. “We have no doubt that gamers will be thrilled with seeing a new add-on pack extend their adventures with Fallout: New Vegas on Xbox 360 and Xbox LIVE.”

Sorry PC and PS3 gamers no word on when the DLC will be released to you but hopefully it’s not a long wait. Until then, enjoy the awesomeness that is the world of Fallout.
